My background is in the hotel industry. After gaining experience in the position of Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, I made the transition to a management position in the field of Operational Management, Human Resources and training. With my knowledge and experience of 'sitting on the other side of the table', I eventually opted for a role as Executive Search Consultant. This is where I found my passion and my interest and interest in both the organization and the candidate is continuously fed. What can I do to help both parties as best as possible? Where can the connection be made? And how do we achieve the optimal result? At SCM Executives I am responsible for the entire executive search process in my role as Senior Consultant, together with the team.
