Mercedes brings extensive experience of research and delivery for executive search, most recently with Russell Reynolds Associates and Odgers Berndtson. A Singaporean national with fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Mercedes holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Management and Marketing from Curtin University of Technology, Singapore. She is currently working towards an MBA at Singapore Management University.
