Elsa Martinez is an Associate Partner in Alder Koten’s office in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Elsa’s work focuses on helping clients gain leadership talent through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services. Prior experience in executive search includes managing the research department for over 4 years at Korn Ferry International—Mexico. She has performed search work in the consumer markets, automotive, construction, building products, and contract manufacturing industries for clients such as Vitro, Cemex, Elcoteq, Grupo Stiva, and Absormex. Elsa earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
