With a Degree in Natural Science and a thesis in Environmental Marine Science, Erika began her adventure in executive search in 2000: Roberto Giunta was her mentor in Italy and ECI Group was her international playing field. In 2006 she moved to Geneva at Finders, consolidating her experience in executive search. In 2008 she moved to MSC Cruises in Geneva, reporting to the CEO to set up and manage the communications division at a global level. In 2010 she returned to Italy, at EuroSearch, where she has been a Partner since 2012. Erika is a coach (ACC ICF Certificate). She loves the sea and sailing, a family tradition. She works in Italian, English and French.
