Biography
Nikita began her career in the financial management of consumer groups, at JESeagram's in New York and Perrier in Paris before leaving for Nestlé Waters to manage the Brazilian and then British subsidiaries.
In 2002, he joined the Newell Rubbermaid household equipment group to create a strategic customer subsidiary responsible for global activities – national brands and private labels – for the Carrefour group. He then joined Intersnack Group, the European leader in savory snack products, to turn around the French subsidiary Vico.
In 2008, Nikita created her own international development consulting business in Brazil, Mexico, South Africa and Russia with mid-sized companies in the consumer goods sector before diversifying in 2016 into supporting startups with their fundraising projects.
Sensitive to the central role of leadership teams and their progressive alignment challenges, he joined the HR consulting group Oasys in 2020 to support executives in transition in their professional development projects. He continued this activity in 2023 with his own company.
Attentive to the ability of Leaders to consolidate their professional heritage, including in their commitments to the common good that he was able to support in the associative world, Nikita joined Exec Avenue to strengthen its Long Term Leadership offer and the promotion of their “Second Career”.
At Exec Avenue, Nikita brings his dual expertise in the operational challenges of general management in corporate, mid-sized, and private equity environments, as well as his unconditional listening to individual aspirations for building a second career. He also works on transition management and management review assignments.
