Kara oversees Kumabe HR’s Staffing Division and internal operations. With over fifteen years of experience in human resources, including talent acquisition, staffing, employee relations and training & development, she is an effective leader and great resource for our client companies and employees. She ensures that our clients receive the highest quality of services so that they can identify and attain top level talent for their organizations’ success. Kara received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and an Executive Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hawaii, Shidler College of Business. She has extensive community involvement, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Honolulu Japanese Junior Chamber of Commerce, Atherton YMCA, UH Shidler College of Business Alumni Association, and Sakura Hawaii Alumnae . Kara is also active with the Society of Human Resource Management and has been a tremendous supporter of student organizations over the years.
