Karolina worked for several years in a Czech recruitment company before joining the international TARGET Executive Search Group in 2016. She has become a key member of the Czech TARGET team with a personal focus on the HVAC sector. However, she is used to work on executive search projects across all industries. Besides her native Czech, Karolina speaks fluent English. The daily contact with people makes her happy. She enjoys headhunting and sees every new project as a new challenge for her.
