Andrea brings to our team over 20 years of practical experience and knowledge from senior management positions in both Czech and foreign corporations, private equity funds, public services, and private sectors in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. She has experience in the fields of financial services, aviation and tourism, including serving on boards of directors as well as supervisory boards. Andrea’s clients appreciate especially her pro-client pragmatic approach, constructive open communication, comprehensive business perspectives, and multi-field knowledge. Andrea has studied Business Economics and completed a number of prestigious courses in management, leadership, communication, corporate governance, negotiation skills, and quality and lean management. Furthermore, she has devoted her time to the fields of both individual and team coaching. She is fluent in Czech, English, and Polish.
