After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law in Munich and corporate management in St. Gallen, Oliver Becker began his professional career as a lawyer in the field of M&A and private equity at a market-leading law and tax consultancy firm. He then moved to the investment management department of a major international bank. He then took over the management of a medium-sized investment company. Oliver Becker has been working as a personnel consultant since 2011. He mainly advises clients with a focus on asset management and the family office segment. In addition to executive search, his passion is interim management, which he develops in a network of Senator Partners and serves as a point of contact for partners and customers alike. Due to his extensive experience and legal expertise, he advises various associations and interest groups in interim management.
