Matt is a principal in True’s Consumer Practice. Based in London, he partners with private equity-backed and listed clients on CEO and board placements. Prior to working at True, Matt worked as a search consultant for Saxton Bampfylde, a boutique search firm, where he worked with a range of private and public clients on C-suite and board hires. Before that he led the firm’s 30-strong research team. Matt read French at the University of Oxford. In his spare time you can find him playing a range of sports from the well-known to the very obscure, and building a collection of wine he’s too sentimental to drink.
