Lely is a senior associate working with the CEO/board of directors practice in True’s the New York Office. Prior to joining True Search, Lely was at Korn Ferry where she worked in the sports practice. Lely played a key role in placing executives within some of the top teams, leagues and colleges such as general manager searches for the San Francisco Giants, the Houston Texans and Green Bay Packers.

Lely graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. While at the University of Pennsylvania, Lely was a member of the D1 varsity lacrosse team, serving as a captain her senior year. She is a three time Ivy-League champion and a three-time All-Ivy selection.
