Michael Brady is a partner in the Firm’s Tax and Business Services Practice Group. His broad range of tax work includes strategic tax planning, research and compliance, ASC 740 review and planning, and advising clients about complex business decisions. Mr. Brady works with clients in the areas of real estate, law, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, software development and equipment leasing. Mr. Brady also represents and negotiates on behalf of his clients, as needed, in examination proceedings before federal, state, and local taxing authorities. He is a member of the Firm’s research and development practice team.
