After completing her training as a bank clerk and studying business administration at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management with a focus on finance, accounting and taxes, Tanja Bodewein started her career in the personnel consultancy TASA International in the area of financial services. In 2005, she became self-employed as a personnel consultant. Tanja Bodewein is considered an experienced industry expert with over 20 years of experience in the search and selection of executives. Her focus is on filling key positions in the areas of finance and accounting, controlling, taxes, and IT leadership (CIO environment). She advises primarily medium-sized and family-run businesses, large listed corporations, and private equity-backed companies. Through her deep understanding of her clients' individual needs, she develops tailored strategies for successful talent acquisition – even in challenging market environments.
