Renato De Mattei began his professional career at Ansaldo Componenti's technical office as executive design manager. He then joined Italcad where he developed his professional career in the field of Technical Mktg. He entered the search and selection field in 1990 as a Mercuri Urval consultant and, subsequently, became Vice President. In 2009 he joined AIMS International focusing on the search and selection of Managers for predominantly multinational structures and on talent development. In 2017 he joined TRANSEARCH as Associate Partner and operates mainly in the Industrial and Life Science sectors. He attended the Milan Polytechnic and graduated in engineering. He speaks English.
