Catalina joined Valuar in December 2009 and worked for four years as a Senior Consultant. She led multiple Executive Search processes and was also co-head of the Management Assessment practice. After experience in the Talent Acquisition department at the Danone Group, she rejoined Valuar in June 2014 in a management role. She has been a Partner at the firm since March 2015. As the regional Operations leader, he ensures compliance and quality of service in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. He has a strong focus on designing and developing customized products and solutions for clients, based on a highly changing, disruptive, and challenging market environment.
