Nicolette Kalsbeek-Pijselman is a senior consultant within the legal team, focusing on the search and selection of experienced lawyers (attorneys, junior civil-law notaries, tax advisors, and in-house counsel). She is passionate about helping you make the right career choice, drawing on her years of experience at the top of the legal profession and in international business. Nicolette understands candidates and clients because she has lived in their shoes. This is thanks to her versatile career: she has worked as a legal counsel, attorney, headhunter, in-house corporate recruiter, alumni coordinator, and HR advisor. Empowering people and connecting them is the common thread throughout her career. Now back at DRB, she is bringing all these experiences together and acting as a sparring partner from various perspectives. She advises clients in their search for the best candidate and guides candidates towards a new, suitable challenge. Nicolette studied law in Leiden (with specializations in IT law, media law, and copyright). After her studies, she completed various legal training programs, including the Professional Training Program for the Bar at the Netherlands Bar Association (NOvA) and the specialized program in Information Technology Law at the Grotius Academy. She also completed several training courses in recruitment and selection.
