I am a Principal Consultant-Business Transformation and accredited coach with over 25 years of experience in recruiting a range of senior-level roles in large blue-chip organisations, private companies and in Government. I have built a reputation for providing high calibre experts and helping to get the ‘people piece’ right for organisations in order to deliver effective business outcomes. My passions lie in providing high-quality recruitment services, as well as expert advice to candidates to build their careers. I take pride in building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. In recent years, my focus has been on building our Career Advisory practice and launching our Career Optimiser Program. As a senior professional in the recruitment industry, I have interviewed and advised literally thousands of candidates, but I also understand how the job market works, what companies are looking for in their people and how someone should best position themselves to make the most successful career move. My specialist skills and expertise allow me to work with individuals to assist them to truly understand and own their unique value proposition and personal brand, and how to utilise it to maximum advantage, in order to market themselves and stand out in a competitive job market. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 2 daughters, my partner and with friends. I am also a dedicated yoga practitioner, and love going for early morning runs with a group of other ‘A’ type personalities, relaxing at the beach or on the water.
