Per is a Senior Consultant within our Interim Management offering and operates broadly across various industries with a strong emphasis on CFO and other senior leadership roles within finance.​ He has been working as a consultant within executive eearch and interim management since 2006.​ Before joining Alumni Global, Per spent four years as Business Area Manager at a specialised recruitment and consulting firm within finance. Prior to that, he worked for 13 years as a Senior Consultant at a leading executive search company, focusing primarily on C-level interim assignments. Additionally, Per has experience in corporate finance and has worked as an independent consultant in his own firm.​ Per has a particularly extensive track-record delivering searches for executives within the following functions: Finance & Legal. Per holds a degree in Business Administration and Market Analysis from Mälardalen University in Sweden and is a certified user of Assessio’s assessment tools (MAP, MAPX, Matrigma och MATCHV) as well as Hogan’s personality assessment instruments.
