Michael Kuchenbuch began his professional career in 1986 with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in Munich and Hanover. He then studied economics in Hanover, with periods spent in London and Paris. For almost 20 years, he held a variety of specialist and management positions in large companies, particularly in the ITC sector. Michael worked as an organizational consultant, SAP consultant, and for a long time as an IT manager, completing numerous large projects and leading teams of various sizes during this time. At the same time, he repeatedly worked as a coach and trainer. As the head of several locations, he also handled a wide range of general management and HR responsibilities.
