Marc Gouran is the Managing Director and Global Practice Leader of Solomon Page, a multi-specialty retained executive search firm with corporate headquarters in New York City. Marc is the founder, architect, and general manager of the Healthcare and Life Sciences division, which he started in 1992. Marc has personally conducted many senior executive search projects including for CEOs and Presidents, CFOs, regional executives, and top managers in most functional areas, and is considered one of the top executive search consultants in the industry. Before joining Solomon Page, Marc was a Managing Director of the Healthcare division at The DLR Group, and prior to this, served as Managing Director of the Healthcare division at D.J. Hertz and Associates. Previous to his executive search experience, he worked in the financial services business as a Financial Consultant with Lehman Brothers in New York City. Marc received his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. He resides in Hudson Valley, NY and is an active member of the community, supporting local non-profits.
