Daniel MacDonnell is a Managing Director for HVS Capital Markets. In this role, he focuses on providing a full suite of debt/equity financing and investment sale advisory solutions for HVS hospitality real estate investment clients across the nation and in key international markets. Over the past 15 years, Dan was the lead real estate investment banker in over 50 transactions valued in excess of $5 billion, involving a myriad of successful debt financings, investment sales, private placements, joint ventures, discretionary funds, and M&A assignments in the hospitality and gaming sectors.
