Tracey’s career as a Primary Teacher, School Leader and Senior Project Officer spans 40 years and she has also worked as a Senior Trainer and Product Manager for an educational software business providing products and services to various education jurisdictions across the Asia-Pacific region. Tracey also worked for 5 years at Rio Tinto as a Specialist in collaboration systems used across the iron ore business before returning to the WA Department of Education playing a pivotal role in the procurement and implementation of a new school information system. Tracey has an in-depth insight in recruitment and selection from within State Government departments and also brings to Beilby Downing Teal experience in the policy and processes of candidate selection.
