Marie-Hélène De Coster is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Benelux region and the regional managing partner of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice in Europe and Africa. She focuses on the global biopharmaceutical and medical devices sector-leading CEO, C-suite, and board assignments from evaluation and assessment to a variety of talent projects, including executive search. With 20 years of executive search experience, Marie-Hélène was previously a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Brussels office from 2006 to 2012 and returned in 2016. Prior to rejoining the firm, she was a managing director at an executive search firm operating at the board, CEO, and C-suite levels and leading the global medical device practice. Before her executive search career, Marie-Hélène worked for Dow Chemical for 14 years where she acquired a thorough understanding of global marketing and sales and asset management. She also led complex supply chain projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa involving major manufacturing units across the regions.
