An executive recruiter since graduating college, Aaron first joined a London-based technology search firm. He left the UK to establish the firm’s US presence, growing it to three offices and over 30 team members. As co-founder, Aaron has built the firm’s US operation, opening offices in Washington, DC and San Francisco An avid traveler, aspiring chef and fitness enthusiast, Aaron strives to strike balance between work and play. Born in Belfast, he now lives near Washington, DC with his wife and two young, highly energetic children. He has become a coffeeholic to keep himself upright.
