Jonathan Plourde has been in the executive search business for over 10 years. Having started in the specific field of technology, his advice now supports organizations in North America from director to president level. As Canada’s Founding Partner for Alexander Hughes International in 2014, he had the opportunity to build a human-sized team with a reputation of quality, professionalism and transparency serving customers across the country. Since 2017, he has also assumed the responsibilities of growing the US market for the firm. Prior to joining Alexander Hughes, Jonathan contributed to the success of local and international executive recruiting firms in technology, manufacturing, insurance and financial services to name a few. Over the years, he has been involved in the Board of Directors of various foundations and associations. Jonathan is also a lecturer/speaker in governance and talent management. In addition to an academic training from HEC Montréal, he had the opportunity to complete a director training. He is a member of the Order of Directors of Chartered Companies. Jonathan is married and has 3 children.
