Joanna Serkowski works with private-equity investors, boards of directors and executive leadership teams to design and implement operational improvement strategies for middle-market companies.
Joanna oversees several of the firm’s strategic client relationships, leading engagements that span operational due diligence, supply chain strategy, performance improvement and interim management. She also has deep expertise in acquisition integration and change management.

Joanna joined TriVista following a 22-year career at GE where she served in various operations and commercial executive leadership roles in a global capacity. Joanna is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Joanna received a BS from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Fairfield University.
