Karolina specialises in recruiting lawyers at all levels, from General Counsel to Legal Counsel, across banking and financial services. She has partnered with clients in a range of sectors including professional services, asset management, fintech, trading platforms, financial advisory, investment banking, insurance, pension funds and venture capital funds. Karolina originally qualified and practised as a Barrister (called to the Bar in 2002), before joining the Civil Service as a Government Lawyer and then moving in-house as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining Taylor Root, Karolina founded and ran her own online retail business. She is a Middle Temple Scholar and Oxford law graduate with over 20 years of professional experience including extensive business, litigation and legal advisory experience.
