Rheid joined the European desk at MRA Search in 2024, where she places associates at all levels in US, international and French law firms across Paris. Prior to starting at MRA Search, Rheid worked at a Legal recruitment agency, where she specialised in placing lawyers across multiple sectors in various jurisdictions both in private practice and in-house. Rheid graduated from Newcastle University with an LLB law degree.
