Tapiwa is an executive search associate at Jack Hammer, Africa’s largest executive search firm. He is also the Head of Customer Support at Virtual Coaching Partners, an online coaching platform. His experience includes business development, customer experience, and marketing and brand management. Having worked across various industries, his journey into the executive search profession came about via an unexpected chance encounter – an opportunity he grabbed with both hands, and hasn’t looked back. “Having established myself in the world of Executive Search, I find fulfilment in enabling leaders to achieve their professional and personal goals.
