Dumitru Gushan is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners based in Riga, Latvia. Since he commenced his Executive Search career with the firm in 2013, Dumitru has successfully completed over 100 senior-level searches across EMEA and Asia. His track record consists of mandates in a variety of sectors, including FinTech, Financial Services, Technology, FMCG, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Professional Advisory Services. Currently, Mr. Gushan is focused on search execution and business development across Europe with a particular emphasis on Northern Europe, Baltics, CIS and CEE. He is mainly dedicated to building partnerships with public and Private Equity-backed FinTech clients and helping them assemble strategic leadership teams with the right balance of neo-digital approach and established management skills. Mr. Gushan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philology from the State University of Moldova and a Master's degree in Finance & Banking Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. He speaks native Romanian, fluent English and Russian.
