Michelle is Chair and Founding Partner of Holmes Noble. Michelle also has responsibility for the Board Practice appointing Chairs, Non-Executives and Executives and works with clients to develop high performing diverse Boards and Executive teams. Michelle has worked in Research and Executive Search for over 25 years, with an earlier career working for one of the UK’s leading broadcasters. She led the growth of the UK division of an NYSE listed search firm operating across both public and private sectors with national and multinational listed companies, SME’s public-private partnerships and private equity firms. Michelle has also held multiple Trustee roles with her last appointment as Director at Sidney Stringer Multi-Academy Trust. She is also a member of Chapter Zero and The House of St Barnabas.
