Melva Gonzalez joined RSVP Group as a Junior Associate in 2018. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management and an MBA with specialization in Commercial & Marketing Management. Melva started her career in different Marketing and Sales roles before moving into the hospitality sector and pursuing an international career managing different properties in the UK and Spain. After relocating to Germany she worked as a project manager for a global training company and is currently part of the research team at RSVP, where she has been recently promoted to Senior Associate
