Charlotte works as part of the successful Middle East Carter Murray Marketing & Sales recruitment team focusing on the recruitment of Professional Service and Financial Service professionals across the region. Charlotte delivers on assignments that cover regional and global requirements. Charlotte has worked within the recruitment sector since graduating from her Masters in International Business in 2017. The majority of her experience is within the Executive Search division across numerous industries in the MENA region. During this time, she has developed a strong network of key senior professionals and C-Suite candidates. Having been recruited for both career positions as well as working in the field, Charlotte understands the requirements necessary in making the recruitment process as seamless and enjoyable as possible for both client and candidates alike. She also has an in-depth knowledge of the culture in the MENA area as she has been living in the region since 2003.
