Chloe Golod is responsible for the research and recruitment of candidates across several industries. Chloe joins ON Partners from the Estee Lauder Companies, where she worked on the Global Talent Acquisition team and helped drive Finance & Strategy recruitment efforts for the North America region. Prior to the Estee Lauder Companies, she supported Corporate Functions Recruitment at Newell Brands. She began her career at Citigroup where she managed and led the campus recruitment efforts for the Quantitative Trading & Analysis teams in New York. Chloe earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature at Dickinson College where she also served as team captain on the Varsity Women’s Lacrosse team.
