John Fortescue is a Partner in TRANSEARCH UK’s London office. He brings extensive experience supporting business change, turnaround and growth agendas. John recruits at non–executive, board and senior management level, across the key functions, especially Human Resources, Sales and Marketing and Operations. His clients span Consumer and Retail, Financial Services, Business and Professional Services, Education and Non-Profit. He is equally comfortable working with major multinationals, smaller organisations and private equity houses, both in the UK and internationally. Before joining TRANSEARCH, John enjoyed a varied commercial career in Retail, becoming UK HR and Operations Director for a niche fashion business. He also spent a period in a global strategy consultancy, working for Retail and Financial Services client. He attended London Business School and was then appointed Sales Director in the media sector. John started in executive search almost 20 years ago with three well-known international firms, before joining TRANSEARCH in 2017.
