Eric is a Principal in True’s Product, Data & Technology practice.

Eric joined True from Robert Walters, where as associate director he managed the product, design, engineering, and HR specialist recruitment teams. There he focused on finding first functional hires and strategic leadership for early-stage, venture-backed startups, and he has been a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs, and leading VC/PE firms. Eric was identified as a Global Top Achiever for 2019 and 2018. Prior to search, Eric was at Pearl Meyer, where he consulted large privately held and Fortune 500 companies on their executive compensation and corporate governance strategy.

Eric has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University.
