Matthew M. Jahrsdoerfer is a partner in the Firm’s Assurance Services Division and is a member of the SEC Practice group. Mr. Jahrsdoerfer has more than 25 years’ experience working closely with both public and private companies, in matters involving complex accounting and auditing issues. Mr. Jahrsdoerfer primarily focuses on auditing financial statements, as well as compliance and filing requirements. His comprehensive due diligence knowledge helps clients identify risks related to numerous transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and recapitalizations. He successfully guides clients through SEC regulations by responding to comment letters, efficiently filing timely 10-K and 10-Q forms, and streamlining the reporting process. Mr. Jahrsdoerfer has been a speaker at industry conferences, written articles, and taught continuing education seminars on various accounting and auditing topics. He interacts regularly with management concerning updates on technical issues, industry best practices and growth strategies to maximize operating and financial efficiencies.
