Marie-Jo has been leading this practice since the creation of Arrowman Executive Search in 2004. For more than 20 years, she has supported companies in this sector (pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agribusiness and agrifood industrial groups, SMEs-SMIs, biotechnology start-ups) in strengthening and developing their management teams and their international experts. Previously, Marie-Jo worked for more than 10 years in international industrial groups, in research, then in development, technology watch and strategic marketing. Marie-Jo is very involved in building innovative teams (experts, management and management of R&D teams, etc.), production manager (processes, engineering, quality, etc.) and business and marketing director. Marie-Jo obtained a Doctorate in Biology from the University of Paris XI, which she completed with training in business management at the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
