Lindsey Kornelis is an associate who recruits across multiple practices at Charles Aris Executive Search. Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey served as an advisor at Crosby Scholars Community Partnership and as a communication intern with the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer. She earned her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University, where she majored in communication with a public relations concentration while minoring in political science and nonprofit studies. During her time as a member of the Wolfpack, Lindsey served as director of philanthropy in NC State’s Chapter of Chi Omega sorority and as a founding member of NC State’s Association of Fundraising Professionals. Lindsey currently resides in her hometown of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and spends her time exploring new places, reading, coaching girls’ sports and being an aunt to her precious nephew!
