He looks back on many years of national and international management experience in management consulting. Malte Müller is responsible for the expansion of Industry/Energy Practice and handles demanding searches at the highest level. With his well-founded expert knowledge in the industry and energy sector, he is an absolute industry expert and a professional sparring partner for customers. Before joining schilling partners ag, Malte Müller worked for a leading global strategy consultancy for 12 years. Here he developed from consultant to principal in the industrial and energy sectors. From 2009 to 2013 he was responsible for expanding the consulting business in these segments for the Swiss branch. With his consulting team, he developed individual customer solutions to complex issues. A particular focus was on strategy development, large-scale project management in plant construction, as well as company mergers and transformation programs. As part of the management, he developed strategies for the sustainable brand reputation and business expansion of his employer in Switzerland. During this activity, Malte Müller was delegated ad interim to a leading energy supply company for a year, where he managed an extensive reorganization project as Corporate Head of HR. Before he entered management consulting, he gained valuable experience as an engineer in global industrial companies in international assignments. Malte Müller has a degree in engineering with a major in process engineering. In addition to his mother tongue German, Malte Müller speaks English at a fluent level. Malte Müller is married and the father of two children. In his free time, he and his family go on many a spontaneous camping trip in nature. He is a passionate guitar player and can often be found snowboarding in the mountains in winter.
