Born and raised in the Midwest, Caroline grew up with a deep value for family and for an earnest, honest, and unrelenting work ethic. Her Grandpa always told her, “If it’s meant to be, it’s up to me.” With that in her back pocket, Caroline has built a reputation of insatiable commitment to the search with tenacious persistence and a high bar for truly impactful talent. She graduated with a degree in Rhetoric and Leadership from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management.
