Adrian has over 6 years’ experience in executive search, covering C-level opportunities in Management Consulting and Technology Services sectors. Today at 360Leaders, Adrian has a 360 degree remit, from candidate to client, to engage the best talent possible for the Tier 1 and PE/VC-backed hypergrowth Technology businesses he works with. Adrian grew up in Belgium and moved to the UK to study Business Studies in Portsmouth. He then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Business Management at the European Business School of London, before starting his career in Banking, as a Financial Analyst, in Estonia. Adrian is a keen skier and cyclist and enjoys good food and travelling.
