Kilian Sörgel is an expert in change management, innovation management, business development, logistics, and sales. He completed his training in Nuremberg, where he currently lives. His studies focused on logistics and international business. Mr. Sörgel spent 25 years as managing director of his own family business. He therefore knows the wholesale sector very well and in all its facets. After selling the company, he has been working as a project manager, consultant, mentor, and business builder for startups for the past three years. He provides support from the initial idea to ongoing operations. His ability to scout for customers, investors, and interesting business contacts, which are particularly sought after by startups but not only, is a helpful asset. Furthermore, his extensive network across a wide range of fields and industries also enables him to connect with other potential partners. The establishment and establishment of the investment company Vantage Value and his support of venture capital investments have further strengthened his passion for networking and innovation. Kilian is distinguished by his high level of competence in dealing with medium-sized structures and companies.
