Shauna Baechle is a consultant in Caldwell’s Hospitality & Leisure, Consumer, Retail & eCommerce, and Financial Services practices, based in the firm’s Chicago office. With more than 13 years of executive search experience, Shauna has a demonstrated ability to identify, attract and deliver high-quality candidates across all functions in the financial services and consumer industries. She has a strong client service orientation, a willingness to think outside the box and a keen attention to detail. Shauna joined Caldwell from RSR Partners, where she was a senior associate in the Hospitality and Leisure and Consumer Practices. Previously she was an engagement manager in the Consumer Markets Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Shauna began her career in executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in research consultant in the Global Consumer Sector. As such, she conducted research and developed candidates for the Retail, Consumer Products and Services and Marketing Officer practices, and managed the staff allocation for the Americas consumer research team. Shauna graduated summa cum laude from Elmhurst College with a BA in communications.
