William is the lead partner in the Nordic region, a member of the Product, Data & Technology practice, as well as Head of the Investment Professional International practice. He is based in True’s Stockholm office and works with technology enabled businesses across Europe, as well as in the regional Nordic and Baltic markets. He leads CEO, board and senior leadership searches for companies and has particular functional expertise in the product domain. William also has extensive experience in appointing investment, operating and fundraising professionals to leading private equity, growth and venture capital funds. Prior to True, William worked at Heidrick & Struggles in London and New York as a member of the private equity and venture capital and CEO/board practices. William completed a Master of Art degree in the history of international relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science after reading politics and international relations at The University of Southampton.
