I am an experienced charity merger specialist and interim CEO who has delivered a wide range of strategy and governance projects as a freelance practitioner. In my first two years as a consultant I worked on nine projects with charities which were in the advanced stages of merger discussions, or immediately post-merger. My 2023 MSc dissertation on charity mergers was the subject of a series of Eastside People blogs. I have also worked as an interim CEO, supporting charities facing leadership, finance and governance challenges.
