With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Emilie began her career as operational HR within ALTEN, an engineering and technology consulting company. She will stay there for 7 years during which she will work on employee monitoring and professional training. In 2018, she joined Sogeti as HR Manager then left Paris for Nantes in 2019, where she joined ALTEREA as Human Development Manager. With this HR experience in business, Emilie joined MacAnders Nantes in 2022 within the Industry and Engineering practice.
