My career began in Learning and Development and progressed through roles in HR Business Partnering and HR Management, ultimately focusing on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. I have been actively involved in numerous reorganization and transformation projects, fostering strong relationships with business leaders to drive change and enhance employee outcomes. In Executive Search, my primary focus has been within the Industrial and Pharmanceutical sectors along with a selected group of clients in the Consumer Goods industry.
