Gitte has been working in the recruitment- and staffing industry for more than 30 years, both as CEO for the biggest staffing company Adecco and as partner and senior consultant in some of the leading management consulting companies. Gitte has carried out search and selection on executive level, middle management and highly qualified specialists, and she has a solid organizational experience from up-, downsizing, mergers and development. Gitte has international experience working in the worldwide network of headhunters CFR and as part of a Nordic organization. Over the years Gitte has experience in recruitment on the level of general management, sales, marketing, HR, communication.
