Lucy conducts searches at board, CEO and senior executive level in various business sectors. Apart from executive search, Lucy also conducts leadership advisory work in executive coaching, team performance workshops, executive assessment and other leadership development programmes. Her coaching clients include many C-level executives in China and Asia. Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Lucy worked as a senior executive for various multi-national companies. She spent 25 years working for companies in Belgium, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore before returning to China in 2011. Her executive roles included CEO Asia & Group Board Member for a Belgian family business, General Manager Asia for a Nasdaq listed company, VP Greater China for a Hong Kong listed company and two business unit heads in APAC for a German corporation. Lucy has certifications as an organisational coach and facilitator for other leadership development programmes. She holds an MBA, a master’s degree in International Economic Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering. She has also completed the Australian AICD Board Governance programme. She is an executive board member of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce Shanghai, adjunct professor at Dalian Maritime University and corporate mentor for the MBA programme at Shanghai International Studies University (SISU).
